Description
Seven stepped base flanked by recumbent stone blocks each with decorative lamps. Base surmounted by tall stone pillar with winged male figure with upraised arms and bronze wreath below the figure. The figure is a naked figure of 'Youth', which caused considerable local controversy at the time.
