- Plain rectangular brass plaque mounted onto a wooden backboard. Incised inscription in black lettering surrounded by single line border. Plaque placed onto a larger backboard with five other plaques on it. These other plaques are not war memorials. He died on HMS Zaria which was the Armed Patrol depot ship at Longhope ( Scapa Flow) from June 1915 but not sure what its role would have been the month before when Frank Grierson died.
