DATE UNKNOWN: ORIGINAL DEDICATORY BRONZE PLAQUE WAS STOLEN. IT WAS LATER FOUND IN A SCRAP MERCHANT'S YARD BUT IT WAS DAMAGED BEYONE REPAIR SO A NEW STONE TABLET WAS PLACED IN THE GARDEN INSTEAD.
