BRASS PLAQUES PLACED WITHIN AN ORNATE WOODEN TRIANGULAR PEDIMENTED SURROUND. MAIN BRASS PLAQUE IS FLANKED BY TWO COLUMNS WITH THREE SMALLER PLAQUES PLACED BELOW IT LAUREL GARLAND FLANKS THE MAIN PLAQUE. COLOURED TOWN CREST AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE FRAME
