- Description
- Five rectangular white marble tablets bearing lists of names in black lettering. These tablets were set within a carved rectangular decorative frame with a central pediment bearing the dedication. The frame and pediment were made from pink-veined marble.

- History
- 2005: Church was broken into and vandalised. The memorial was badly damaged and is now in pieces. Memorial moved to care of Bolton Museums and they hope to restore it and find a new home for it in the local community. 2000: Church is to be redeveloped. The other memorials within it have been moved to Bolton Parish Church but as this memorial is part of the fabric of the building English Heritage have said that it must be preserved by the developers. 1990: Church closed.
