- Description
- Cruciform shape of untreated wood , the crosspiece supported by diagonal struts forming a lozenge shape and with decorative notches in the ends of the crosspiece and top of the upright , all of which are cut to a point .At bottom a small modern cross with an artificial poppy and below that the commemorative wood tablet . Supported on a metal rod which may be a security device as one cross was reported stolen from this location in 2015 .
