- A wooden Memorial Arch, with a semi-circular top that has the Royal Military Police crest attached, flanked by the dates 1939 and 1945. The pillars are carved with the names of the Campaigns in which Military Police and Provost Officers served and died in World War 2. (If the Royal Military Police leave Southwick Park in future, the Memorial Arch will be taken to their new base).

- Illustrated London News 30/7/1949 (page 175) published a photograph and caption re the unveiling of the Memorial Arch that had taken place at Inkerman Barracks on 17th July (along with the WW2 Book of Remembrance, see separate memorial record WMR 88281).
- West Sussex Gazette 21/7/1949 (page 5) reported the unveiling and dedication of the Book of Remembrance and archway at Inkerman Barracks.
