Description
Wall-mounted glazed mahogany frame with cornice. It is divided into three sections with inscription placed on paper within each section. Frame is flanked by pilasters. Carved crown on either side of the carved inscription. Laurel wreath below the inscription. At the bottom centre is a carved ribbon entwining the national emblems
