TWO STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY A TALL BRICK WALL. DEDICATORY BRONZE PLAQUES PLACED ON THE FRONT OF THE WALL. WHOLE IS ENCLOSED BY AN ORBATE BLACK AND GOLD PAINTED WROUGHT IRON FENCE. INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF RELIEF CARVING OF A WREATH WITH ETERNAL FLAME IN THE CENTRE IS AT THE TOP OF THE PLAQUE FLANKED BY A MACHINE-GUNNER AND ROYAL NAVY GUNNER. LAUREL LEAF AND BERRY BORDER
