- Wall-mounted nowy-headed white marble tablet on black backboard and supported on two corbels. Rose and stem border all around. Additional tablet added below for WW2 fatality.

- IN LOVING MEMORY/ OF/ (Names)/ "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS/ THAT HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS." Below: REV. THOMAS W. BAILEY. C.F. R.A.C.D. CITY OF LONDON/ YEOMANRY KILLED IN ITALY MARCH 28TH 1944 AGED 37/ BURIED IN SANGRO MILITARY CEMETERY.
