- A Nowy headed polished oak board with a corniced top. The board has four panels ; top with a Coat of Arms; second a list of Fallen; third a list of those who served; and below, an inscription; a small separate plaque beneath the board commemorates the unveiling of the board.

JAMES' CHURCH LOSTOCK HALL, TO COMMMORATE/ THE CELEBRATION OF PEACE JUNE 19TH 1919, AND TO PERPETUATE THE NAMES OF THE MEN OF THIS/ CHURCH WHO SERVED IN H.M. FORCES. Separate plaque: THIS TABLET/ WAS UNVEILED BY DR T. SHARPLES AND DEDICATED BY/ THE REV W. SHEPPERD CURATE IN CHARGE/ SUNDAY JANUARY 25TH 1920
