Description

Polished wood board with decorative carved border. Top border scrolled. Centre top has a shield with crossed golf clubs with letters O, L, G & C in the sections made by the crossing of clubs. The inscription is below. The side border carved in relief flowers, ribbons and tassles. In the middle of the side border there are monograms. On the Left : SA (for St Annes), on the right: OL (for Old Links). The bottom border is carved in relief shamrock leaves with a center monogram of GC (for Golf Club). The names are painted in gold on 3 panels separated by two carved pillars. Those members who died are bordered in black in the centre panel. Members, staff and a 'Junior' are identified.
