THREE STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY HIGH BASE WITH ROCK FACED QUOINS AND CELTIC STYLE CROSS. WHOLE IS SET WITHIN LOW IRON RAILINGS ON A CONCRETE PAD. NAMES INSCRIBED ON GRANITE TABLETS PLACED ON THE SIDES. WREATH CARVED ON EACH FACE
