- 1988: GATE RESTORED. THE ORIGINAL MEMORIAL IS SAID TO HAVE HAD THE NAMES OF THOSE WHO SERVED AND THE NAME SOF THOSE WHO DIED FOR WW1. THOSE WHO SERVED COULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED WHEN THE GATE WAS RESTORED AND REPLACED BY THE WW2 NAMES
