Description
Elaborate mural tablet with inscription on black obelisk above a circular relief of a naval battle over which floats an Angel holding scale and a victor’s palm. The relief of the battle was originally on the memorial to Captain John Harvey and Captain John Hutt in Westminster Abbey. WMR #18276
