- OBLONG BRASS PLAQUE WITH INCISED LETTERING. LAUREL LEAF BORDER. TOP RIGHT-HAND CORNER WITH OAK LEAF AND ACORN DECORATION. LEFT-HAND CORNER WITH IVY LEAF DECORATION. BOTH DECORATIVE PANELS REST ON INCISED COLUMNS ON EACH SIDE OF PLAQUE. INCISED PITH HELMET WITH CROSSED SWORD AND RIFLE ABOVE INSCRIPTION.
