A nowy headed brass plaque mounted onto a marble backboard. At the top centre of the plaque the Light Infantry badge is engraved in relief.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF/ FRANK ANDREWS/ 6TH SOMERSET LIGHT INFANTRY, LEWIS GUN SECTION,/ REPORTED MISSING AT THE BATTLE OF YPRES/ AUGUST 22ND 1917/ AGED 32 YEARS/ THIS TABLET IS ERECTED BY HIS DEVOTED WIFE/ IN GRATITUDE FOR THEIR GREAT LOVE, ONE FOR THE OTHER.
