Description
Two stepped base surmounted by stepped plinth, column and a bronze figure of Victory. Dedicatory inscription carved on the front face of the plinth and below it is placed a brass plaque giving details of where the list of those commemorated can be found. A low metal railed fence is placed around the base of the memrial and the whole stands on a curcular paved area bordered by a flower bed edged with low hedging.
