SILVER CROSS AND CANDLESTICKS WITH ENAMELLING. INSCRIPTION ON THE CROSS. SHIELDS OF ST MATTHEW, ST MARK, ST LUKE AND ST JOHN AT INTERSECTION OF THE CROSS. CROSS SUPORTED BY SIX SIDED KNOP ENCLOSING PANELS DEPICTING THE LIFE OF CHRIST. ENAMELLED HERALDIC SHIELDS ON THE HEXAGONAL STEM. THEY REPRESENT THE EMBLEM OF THE PELICAN, THE ARMS OF YORK, THE ARMS OF SOUTHWELL, THE RAF CREST, THE ARMS OF THE PROVINCE OF CANTERBURY AND THE LILY EMBLEM OF ST MARY THE VIRGIN
