Black marble tablet set into floor of church and memorial choir stalls. Top centre of slab bears a shield with two lions and decorative ribbon design.

AD MAJOREM DEI GLORIAM / THE CHOIR STALLS / WERE ERECTED IN THE CHANCEL / BY MICHAEL DEWAR, AND / IN PROUD AND LOVING MEMORY / OF HIS WIFE DOROTHY, WHO / DIED AT STAGENHOE 16TH MAY / 1943 AND OF HIS ELDEST SON / JOHN MICHAEL FIRTH. / RAFVR WHO AFTER FIGHTING / THRO' THE BATTLE OF BRITAIN WAS / LOST ON PATROL 30TH MARCH 1941.
