WALL-MOUNTED TABLET WITH FOUR INSET NAME PANELS. NAMES ARE INCISED IN RED. CENTRAL PORTION OF TABLET IS HIGHER. INSCRIPTION IN CENTRE AND AT BASE IN GILT LETTERING. TRACERY ALONG TOP BORDER OF TABLET. ADDITIONAL RELIEF CARVING AT TOP OF TABLET ABOVE NAME PANELS. CRUCIFIX IN RELIEF AT CENTRE. SHIELDS AT BASE OF CRUCIFIX DECORATED WITH ST GEORGES CROSS AND RED WELSH DRAGON.
