- Three light stained glass window with figures in each light: on the left is St George of England, on the middle, Christ, and on the right, St Michael of France. At the top section there are emblems of various allied countries. At the bottom section are three figures: St George slaying the dragon on the right, Martyrdom of St Andrew on the middle, and Satan cast out of Heaven on the left.

- Plaque below window: TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN MEMORY OF THE MEN OF HITCHIN/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY 1914-1919./ THEY DIED THE NOBLEST DEATH A MAN MAY DIE/ FIGHTING FOR GOD AND RIGHT AND LIBERTY/ AND SUCH A DEATH IS IMMORTALITY. THIS WINDOW WAS REFURBISHED IN MEMORY OF LT COL MALCOLM JOHN CAMPBELL DSO 1915-1999. (Line breaks not known.)
