- Description
- Three-stepped square base surmounted by a tapering, pillar-like irregular-shaped stone, the front face of which, incorporates two bronze inscription plaques with raised borders & lettering. The whole memorial is surrounded by a linear gravelled area, enclosed behind a hoop & spike-topped metal fence with double gates. Two stone flower holder vases or urns are placed on steps at front, described individually on IWM references 38149 & 38150
