Description
Paving stone sub-base platform surmounted by a two-stepped square base, collar, rectangular sectioned shaft with an encircled St. John cross. Midway on shaft is a cube-shaped block with an incised slate inscription tablet recessed into front face. A further engraved inscription plaque is attached to the front upper step riser. The whole memorial stands within a gravelled enclosure, bordered by a hedge to the rear & sides, with a post & chain boundary to the frontage pavement.
