Description
Two-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned three-tiered plinth, gabled capstone & square sectioned tapering obelisk. (Upper tier of plinth slightly tapered). Incised inscriptions on front plinth faces of upper & middle tiers. The whole memorial is partially enclosed by a post & chain fence with an open access to the front.
