- Description
- Redesigned Chapel formed by six oak panels placed on either side of the Altar. Inscription in gold coloured painted lettering; stained glass window; black marble & limestone sanctuary pavement; vestry door; organ screen; Altar furniture. Coloured school crest placed above the dedicatory inscription. Roof adorned with carved wooden bosses emblazoned with the monograms & Arms of Canterbury & Peterborough & the universities of Oxford & Cambridge, London & Manchester. In the window are depicted the figures of St. Michael the Archangel flanked by St. George, St. Joan, St. Martin of Tours & St. Alban.
