Wall-mounted, nowy-headed brass plaque with a backing board. Badge of the Parachute Regiment above the inscription and a rampant red Welsh dragon on a white square below.

IN MEMORY OF ALL RANKS / 6TH BN (ROYAL WELCH) THE PARACHUTE REGIMENT / WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES DURING THE SECOND WORLD / WAR 1939-1945. THIS PARACHUTE BATTALION WAS / RAISED ON THE 28TH JULY 1942 FROM THE 10TH BN R.W.F., / ON THE 22ND OCTOBER 1946 IT WAS RENAMED THE / 6TH BN (WELSH) THE PARACHUTE REGIMENT. / THIS PLATE IS ERECTED BY MEMBERS OF THE / BATTALION AND THOSE NOW SERVING IN THE / 6TH BN (WELSH) THE PARACHUTE REGIMENT.
