Wall mounted, landscape orientated plain white marble tablet with a moulded-edge border. Incised inscription infilled with black paint.

TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND / IN AFFECTIONATE REMEMBRANCE OF / CORPL. HENRY ALFRED FAULKNER, / NORTHAMPTONSHIRE REGT., WHO LAID DOWN HIS LIFE / UPON THE BATTLEFIELD IN FRANCE / MAY 6TH 1916. / AGED 21 YEARS. / "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS, THAT / A MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS." / S. JOHN. XV. 13. / "ALIVE UNTO GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD." / ROM. VI. II. / THIS TABLET IS ERECTED BY HIS RELATIVES / AND FRIENDS IN HAZELBEECH.
