Lamp on carved pillar with drinking fountain below. Plaques with the names of men from Caerleon, Caerleon Ultra Pontem, Ponthir and Llanhennock. Unusual listing of areas for this part of Wales. 'Ultra Pontem' is Latin and relates to that part of Caerleon on the Newport side of the River Usk.
