TABLET HAS CARVED AND PAINTED ARMS OF ADM BLAKE ABOVE INSCRIPTION AND A TALL SHIP CARVED IN RELIEF INSIDE A WREATH UNDERNEATH. INSCRIPTION IS IN BLACK AND RED.
