STONE MEMORIAL HALL. EXTERNAL MEMORIAL FIGURES AND PLAQUES SET INTO NICHE AT SIDE OF BUILDING. FOUR BRONZE PLAQUES WITH RAISED LETTERING. SAILOR FIGURE TO LEFT, SOLDIER FIGURE TO RIGHT. LOW RELIEF AT TOP OF BATTLESHIP SCENE. RELIEF AT CENTRE OF SHIP-BUILDING SCENE FROM SWAN HUNTERS YARD.
