- Plaque and painting removed from school some time after 1956. 1968: Plaque discovered in a box containing scrap metal and rescued. Plaque now privately owned. Loaned for school reunion in 2002. Location of painting unknown.

Comments: The memorial fund raised about £150. Most was given to the Dreadnought Hospital for Merchant Sailors. Approximately £25 was used to purchase the plaque and watercolour painting.
