- Brass plaque mounted on oak. Plaque is 3 feet 6 inches high by 2 feet 6 inches wide. Lettering is incised and enamelled in black. The words "Pro Patria" are in elaborate lettering, the dedication is in Roman capitals and the names are in Roman lower case. The surrounding narrow patterned border and various dividing lines are enamelled in red. 81 names are listed in three columns
