- Brass Plaque in a carved wood frame. There is a border with geometric pattern with a square in each corner with a saltire with red background. The names are in two columns using sans serif capitals. The dedication and quotation are both in Gothic lower case lettering with red initials

- Newcastle Daily Journal 30/7/1920 reports that the members had raised £98 towards the renovation of their churchand placing a tablet in memory of 11 members who had sacrificed their lives in the Great War.
