- Description
- Roll of Honour behind glass in wood frame. At top left is depicted a soldier carrying a rifle at the ready. The words "Roll of Honour" are in red and gold on a scroll at the top, behind which, top right, are depicted four flags. The soldier is standing on a circle bearing the arms of Great Britain with the Union Flag alongside. The dates 1914-1918 are inside a laurel wreath. The lower section of the roll has a narrow blue border. The names are listed in two columns headed "Name" and "Regiment"; those who died are indicated by a cross beside the name. The lettering is hand painted using sans serif black capitals shadowed with red.
