- Description
- Nowy-headed brass plaque mounted onto a wooden backboard. Incised inscription in enamelled black lettering. Circular image of a man holding the commemorative dates flanked by garlands at the top centre of the plaque: garland goes along the top a part way down the sides, double line frame goes around the whole.
