LOW BLACK IRON RAILINGS ARE ROUND THE MEMORIAL TO SIDES AND REAR. FINELY CARVED LAUREL WREATHS ON EACH SIDE OF CENTRAL BLOCK. SIDE BUTTRESSES CAPPED BY A SMALL ORNAMENT
