BRASS PLAQUE MOUNTED ONTO A BLACK COLOURED BACKBOARD. INCISED INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING. HANDWRITTEN PARCHMENT ROLL OF HONOUR PLACED ON A ROLLER AT THE BASE OF THE PLAQUE INCISED UNION FLAG AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE PLAQUE FLANKED BY TWO DRAPED FLAGS. LAUREL LEAVES AROUND THE UNION FLAG. AT THE BASE ARE TWO LAUREL GARLANDS AND THREE TUDOR ROSES
