- Description
- Large rough hewn boulder with tablet and inscription. A wall each side bears the the crests of the Army, the Navy, (left-hand side) and the RAF and the Merchant Navy (right-hand side) The whole set on raised paved area accessed by three steps. The Royal Coat of Arms from the demolished Drill Hall has also been incorporated into the area.
