- Brass plaque with incised black border of intertwined rope pattern meeting at a knot in each corner. Lettering in black with occasional red. Names in two columns separated by a single black incised line.

Purpose: From an excess of funds raised there was also an annual "In Memoriam" school prize-first awarded in 1921 to Robert A Gray and in 1922 to John R Sheel. It is not known of this continues to the present day. - Reference
