Description
Wooden Panel inside a plain wood frame, the inner edge of which is highlighted with gold paint. There are gold bosses in each corner, and a gold Maltese cross at the top. The names are listed in two columns. The lettering is incised and painted gold, using Roman capitals throughout. At the bottom is a brass plaque giving details of the timber used.
