- Description
- Rectangular white marble tablet mounted on wall with nowy-headed red marble backboard. Tablet bears incised inscription in painted black lettering with cross in centre and gilded foliate border, using capitals throughout except for some ranks and descriptions. Apex of backboard depicts crest of Northumberland Fusiliers, flanked by crowned tudor roses. The centre panel has a gilded patterned edge.
