- RECTANGULAR BRASS PLAQUE SET WITHIN AN OAK FRAME. INCISED INSCRIPTION IN ENAMMELLED LETTERING. CELTIC KNOTWORK DESIGN BORDER; CROSSED FLAGS AT THE TOP OF THE PLAQUE. The first line of the dedication and the quotation at the bottom are in Gothic Script. All other lettering is in elongated Roman capitals, sunk in casting and enamelled names are listed in three columns.
