WALL-MOUNTED SLATE TABLET. INCISED LETTERING. PORTLAND STONE SURROUND. SURROUND IS NOWY-HEADED. MALTESE CROSS CARVED TOP CENTRE. CARVED LEAF DESIGN AT SIDE BORDERS.
