Description
Stone column surmounted by 'eternal flame' painted in gilt. Column stands on large stone pedestal. Pedestal bears marble tablets with inscription and names. Octagonal stone base. On lower section of pedestal are three mosaics as part of WW1 memorial. Mosaics depict soldier, sailor and angel. On upper part of pedestal are painted tiles depicting airman and WW2 names.

1988: The names of those killed during the Second World War were added following an appeal by the Ledbury Royal British Legion. Public subscription raised & £163;2300 and a donation of & £163;150 was received by the Royal Air Force Association.
