- Description
- A dark brown painted and glazed wooden frame featuring side columns supported a corniced top, which holds a wooden board bearing the gold-painted inscription and names. The names of the dead are in six columns divided by painted lines, inscribed on the top of the board, with the names of those who served inscribed in six columns divided by wooden uprights, on a larger section below. The board is mounted on the outer wall of the brick building. From the manner of their inscription, and from research on CWGC, the two outer columns each side of the six columns of names of the dead appear to be addenda to the list of those who served. The historic photograph on this record shows a raised inscription on the outer frame of this memorial. There was no such inscription when visited in January 2022.

- History
- No work has been carried out on this memorial since WW2. It was in very bad condition in 1990, with the wood rotten. January 2022: The outer frame appears to have been replaced - with the inscription thereon not reproduced on the new work. The description under 'Condition' states the frame was in lead - it appears to be wood.
