- Description
- Three-stepped octagonal base surmounted by a square sectioned to octagonal sectioned transition plinth, square footed octagonal tapering shaft, moulded octagonal boss and terminal-armed cross. Pinned lead inscription on one side face of plinth. A further inscription is located on the top step riser face.

Comments: 1921 : Mrs. Herbert Morrell of Headington Hill Hall gave some land to the south of St. Clement's Church for an extension to its burial ground. The war memorial to the parish's dead was erected on this plot. There was a shortfall of £89 9s. 1d. for the cost of the memorial. Mrs. Morrell gave this amount as a donation.
