Plain oval stone tablet with simple raised border decoration. Inscription is incised in black lettering. Tablet is mounted on western wall of church above pew dedicated to Lord Redesdale GCVO KCB and Major The Honourable Clement Freeman-Mitford DSO (WMR 31692).
