Description
Two-stepped square base surmounted by a flat rectangular-sectioned, slightly taper-sided pillar with an integrated, stylised Patte wheel cross at the top. First World War inscription is on a raised shield at centre of pillar face with other conflict names below. Incised inscription in black lettering. Additional granite plaque placed between top and bottom step of base at front. Incised inscription in gold lettering. The whole memorial is set within a very small garden area enclosed by a metal railing fence. A small metal plaque commemorates 'Best Kept War Memorial 1991' (not visible on memorial in 2020).
