- Description
- Four-stepped octagonal base surmounted by a skirted square - transitioning to octagonal-sectioned plinth, square-footed octagonal-sectioned tapering shaft, moulded octagonal boss and a decoratively armed wheel cross. The lowest step is skirted at its base with an overhanging platform-topped upper face. All sides of plinth are decorated with quatrefoil motifs in relief. In addition, two Maltese crosses flank the dedication. Inscription in relief on all sides of plinth. A band of paving stones follows the octagonal base contour. The whole memorial is further bordered by a flower garden which is enclosed by a vertical hoop-topped iron railing fence.
